VOX MINI GO series guitar amplifiers can be taken with you wherever you go, allowing you to enjoy playing anywhere – at home, on the street or in a concert hall. This amplifier is lightweight, compact and can be powered by a portable battery. It also features powerful and realistic amplifier models based on those found in the Cambridge50, as well as a newly developed vocoder for speech modulation effects, built-in effects that allow you to create a variety of sounds, a microphone input, an AUX input, a headphone output and a rhythm machine that can play patterns from a variety of genres, all as standard features. This model also includes a looper that you can use with the effects and rhythm machine to add variety to your solo performance.
The VOX MINI GO 3 is the most compact model with a 5" 3 Watt speaker. It has a built-in high-quality rhythm machine. This model is perfect for playing along with beats at home or for a free-flowing use outside.

The amp models used to define the sound of the VOX MINI GO series use the same "VET" modeling technology used in the VOX Cambridge50, delivering a realistic and precise sound. Selectable amp models include the traditional VOX AC30 type, an 80s amp stack model, a boutique amp, and a high-gain amp with heavy distortion. The LINE setting is useful when plugging in an electric acoustic guitar or keyboard.
Added a new and unique vocoder for "speech modulation" effects that make it sound like you're playing a talking guitar, and can be used while singing or talking into the microphone (or by tapping the guitar strings when no microphone is connected).

Built-in effects add color to your guitar sound
The effects in the VOX MINI GO series have been revamped for a clearer sound that matches the sound of today’s music with more precise modeling, allowing you to create a wider range of sounds. Available effect types include chorus, phaser, and octave. Including the Delay/Reverb type, this gives you a total of eight effect types.

Rhythm machine makes playing even more fun
The built-in rhythm patterns in this series cover various genres and metronome types. There are three variations within each genre for a total of 33 types of rhythm patterns. Use the selector to easily play a rhythm pattern and then freely adjust the tempo and volume to enjoy a rhythm-driven performance, develop some riff ideas, or work on your sense of rhythm—there are so many ways to enjoy these amps.

The VOX MINI GO series can be powered by a commercially available mobile battery or the included AC adapter. These amplifiers are also perfect for street and outdoor performances. Use the included carrying strap to easily take your amplifier with you wherever you go and enjoy playing guitar whenever and wherever you want.
Features multiple inputs/outputs - perfect for soloing and singing
In addition to an input jack for your guitar, these amps also feature a variety of other inputs/outputs. You can adjust the volume for the microphone input, as well as apply Delay/Reverb effects to the input signal, which is best suited for situations like soloing and singing. You can also select the VOCODER amp model for a speech modulation effect that you can use by playing the guitar while singing or speaking into the microphone, making it sound like you're playing a talking guitar.
The amp also features an AUX IN jack for your music player or other external audio source, giving you three simultaneous input channels, including signals from your guitar and microphone. Additionally, this amp has a built-in cabinet simulator that you can hear on the PHONES output. This cabinet simulator adds the characteristics of a guitar amp cabinet to the output signal just before it reaches the power amp stage. Perfect for recording or practicing with headphones.
Built-in looper feature
The looper on these amps lets you play back musical phrases you've recorded with your guitar or microphone and then play them back for a jam session or overdub them over and over again in real-time performance.
When you use the looper with a rhythm machine and then record while the beat is playing, the length of the loop is adjusted (quantized) to match the length of the measure when you stop recording. Also, when you play a rhythm pattern while the looper is playing, the tempo of the beat is automatically adjusted to match the length of the loop.
Use the optional VFS3 (sold separately) to freely mix three loop modes while playing.

Adjustable power amplifier wattage
Switch between three stages: FULL, 1/10 or 1/100. This allows you to make quick adjustments to the volume to suit your playing environment.
Amp and effects settings can be saved
You can adjust amp and effects settings to create sounds that can be saved to one of three user programs. Saved programs can be easily selected by pressing the PROGRAM button on the amplifier or using a VFS3 footswitch (sold separately).
Use a VFS3 footswitch to control various features like rhythms and looper
Connect a VF3 footswitch (sold separately) to control the following features.
- Rhythm: on/off, variation selection, tempo adjustment, etc. - Effects: on/off, delay/reverb time - Looper: controls such as record/playback/overdubbing - Switching between programs (only on MINI GO 50)
