How can I become a member?
You can quickly become a member by clicking on the Member / Login button at the top right and selecting the "Become a Member" option. You do not need to pay any fees to become a member of ezgicanmuzik.com.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot My Password link in the Member Login section and fill in your e-mail address section on the screen. After this process, you can easily change your password via the e-mail that will be sent to your e-mail address.
How can I update my membership information?
After logging into ezgicanmuzk.com with your user information and password, you can update your membership information from the My Account > My Membership Information section.
How can I track my order?
You can track your orders from the Account > My Orders section.
My order is missing/wrong, what should I do?
Please check your order while the cargo officer is with you. If your package is missing or defective; - Do not accept the cargo. - Have the cargo officer draw up a "Damage Detection Report". - Send the product/parcel back to us with this report and invoice. - Contact us about the situation through the communication channels below.
How can I cancel my order?
If you have placed an order that has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it from the My Account section on our website. If you have placed an order without a membership, you can contact us via our Support Line or Phone Numbers. It is not possible to cancel orders that have been shipped via the page. In this case, we kindly ask you to follow the process in the Returns section of the My Account section.
Can I return my order, how?
You can return a product that you are not satisfied with for any reason within 14 business days following delivery. You can start your return process by sending the shipping code through Aras Cargo and provided that the buyer pays. The products to be returned or exchanged must be complete, undamaged and unused.
When can I get a refund for the returned product?
There is no change if you pay by money order, cash on delivery or credit card. If the return process is completed and the returned product reaches us, the refund will be made to you within 15 business days.
