Mini Super Chorus Flanger Pitch Modulation

The Mini SCF is inspired by TC Electronic's Stereo Chorus Flanger, one of the best modulation pedals ever made since 1976.

NUX’s state-of-the-art DSP offers a perfect combination of both worlds: analog and digital. To achieve all of these goals, our engineers had to develop an algorithm that emulated the principles of the BBD chips that are the main component of the Analog Chorus effects. Mass-scale quality grade BBD chips have become incredibly rare, so this method is impractical for making an affordable analog chorus device.

Using DSP technology, NUX can offer a mini pedal with a contrasting chorus tone array. Besides, mini SCF offers wider dynamic range, 9V DC power, smart tap tempo that renews the origin and gives you better feelings. Chorus: A chorus is basically a pitch generator that mixes multiple delay signals. When multiple delay signals are mixed with the original signal, a soft and wide-sounding modulation effect is created. PM: A combination of chorus and pitch vibrato, creating a "light" chorus sound. FLG: A flange is based on the same principle as a chorus, but here the signal can be reproduced (like adding feedback to a delay), creating a more distinct sound effect.

Mini SCF offers True-bypass and Buffer-bypass (Trails), just press and hold the footswitch to start the pedal (Do not connect USB). The footswitch indicator will show you the bypass status. (When starting the pedal, if the FS indicator is flashing, “Green”=BF, “Red”=TB.) Small but powerful! It also supports Stereo input and output. (Use a 1/4” TRS cable and select Stereo mode.)
