Improved New Hi-Hat

With the specially designed Hi-Hat, you can get open, semi-open and closed cymbal sounds just like playing a real Hi-Hat.

Original Snare Drum Design

It provides a unique snare drum control opportunity with its 3 new, specially designed sensors that are independent of each other.

10 Inch Kick

The new kick pedal features a double chainring and a thicker base plate. The double chainring design provides a more even movement of the kicker, while the thickened base plate prevents the entire pedal from moving freely.

New Sound Module

The new DM-8 sound module is loaded with innovative and eye-catching features, including Group Faders that assign volume levels to individual pads. You can easily create your own custom drum levels. Also included are 30 high-quality drum sound kits with different styles. No matter the drumming style and musical genre, you can get the sounds you want from it. Intuitive and powerful sound customization features allow users to freely customize their drum sound sets.

USB Interface

The DM-8's sound module is also a unit that can send stereo audio and MIDI signals to a Mac or Windows computer via USB. This allows you to record separate audio and MIDI drum tracks in any music software.

Sound Bank and Effects

In addition to the sounds in the DM8's existing sound bank, you can load any sounds you want into the sound module with the help of a USB memory stick and use them by assigning them to any location you want. You can also use the existing effects such as EQ, Compressor, Reverb.
